These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 365abe ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 365abe website at https://365abe.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 365abe platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated version.

365abe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification. However, it remains the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms regularly. The most recent version of these Terms, with its effective date clearly displayed, will always be accessible at https://365abe.net/terms-conditions.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 365abe including, but not limited to, sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti), slot games, crash games (Aviator), Win Drop games, High Roller tables, and any promotional or bonus offer made available on the platform.

365abe is strictly an 18+ platform. To register and use the 365abe platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any part of this platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through 365abe's responsible gaming tools or imposed externally, that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 365abe for a violation of these Terms.

By creating an account on 365abe, you warrant and represent that all eligibility criteria listed above are satisfied. Any false declaration regarding your age or identity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities where applicable under Bangladeshi law.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 365abe platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep all account information current and to notify 365abe promptly if any registered details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or access another player's account. 365abe will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

365abe reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time. Until satisfactory verification is completed, withdrawals may be suspended. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 365abe does not offer multi-currency accounts; all deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals occur in BDT.

All financial transactions on the 365abe platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 365abe supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 365abe reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits at its sole discretion.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity verification. Once verification is complete, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed rapidly. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 365abe does not charge platform fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account.
• 365abe reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See the Bonus Policy section below.
• Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to an administrative processing review prior to withdrawal.

365abe offers a 200% welcome bonus on a player's first qualifying deposit, along with various ongoing promotional offers including reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal campaign bonuses aligned with events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup.

All bonuses offered by 365abe are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players must fulfil wagering requirements within the time window specified for the promotion.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino games, and crash games may have a different contribution rate than slots. Contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus Abuse: 365abe employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including collusion, arbitrage betting, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger a new bonus unless the existing bonus has been completed or explicitly cancelled.
• Eligibility: All bonus offers are limited to players aged 18 and above. 365abe reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.

As a registered player on 365abe, you agree to uphold the following obligations at all times during your use of the platform:

• You will provide accurate and truthful information at all stages of registration and verification, and will update your account details promptly if they change.
• You will use the 365abe platform for your own personal entertainment only and will not use it for any commercial purpose, including providing tipster services, operating a betting syndicate, or reselling access to the platform.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the 365abe platform's software, databases, or infrastructure.
• You will not use any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or tools that interact with the platform without human input.
• You will conduct yourself in a respectful manner when interacting with 365abe's customer support team and will not engage in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication.
• You accept full responsibility for any bets placed using your account credentials, regardless of whether you authorised the specific wager.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You agree that you will only wager amounts you can afford to lose and that 365abe is not responsible for any financial loss incurred through the use of the platform.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are obligated to self-exclude or activate deposit limits immediately using the tools available in your account dashboard, and to contact the 365abe support team. See our Responsible Gaming page for guidance and self-assessment resources.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365abe platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal referral:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or otherwise deceiving 365abe or its verification partners.
• Money Laundering: Using the 365abe platform to deposit, circulate, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live poker variants, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in relation to a transaction that was legitimately processed by 365abe. Players who file fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account with any other individual, or playing on behalf of another person.
• Minors Gambling: Allowing or facilitating any person under the age of 18 to access or use your 365abe account.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting any technical error, bug, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault will be void and reversed.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your 365abe account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written closure request. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Suspension by 365abe: 365abe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable laws.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• At the request of the account holder's self-exclusion application.
• At the direction of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held and will not be accessible until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms breach, 365abe reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance.
